In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below, unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the 777h platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777h Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions are available in English. In the event of any translation or summary being provided for convenience, the English-language text shall govern in all cases.

3.2 Each individual person may hold only one Account on 777h. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held therein.
3.3 You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. 777h reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify registration information at any time, and to suspend or close Accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access, operate, or conduct transactions through your Account. 777h accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has shared their credentials with a third party.
3.5 777h reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, and to close any Account that does not meet eligibility requirements at any stage.
4.1 Access to 777h and all its products is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an Account. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
4.2 By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing a false declaration of age constitutes fraud and may result in criminal liability in addition to immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
4.3 777h reserves the right to require mandatory age verification documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence — at any point during the lifecycle of an Account, including prior to any withdrawal being processed.
4.4 Where 777h has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account is held by an individual under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending verification. If the Account holder is confirmed to be under 21, the Account will be permanently closed, all funds will be returned to the source, all wagers will be voided, and all Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
4.5 777h is committed to the prevention of underage gambling and operates age verification procedures that meet the standards required under its international gaming licence.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
5.2 You must notify 777h immediately via in-platform live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by any unauthorised party, or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.
5.3 777h employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and payment interfaces. However, 777h cannot be held liable for losses arising from a Player sharing their credentials voluntarily or through negligence.

6.1 777h accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and other payment methods as displayed in the platform's Cashier section from time to time. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
6.2 All deposits and account balances on 777h are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion charges are applied by 777h. Any conversion-related costs imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
6.3 Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the Cashier section for each payment method. 777h reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis, particularly in connection with Bonus Fund eligibility.
6.4 You warrant that all funds deposited into your 777h Account are from legitimate sources, that you are the authorised user of the payment method used, and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.
6.5 777h does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, certain payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which 777h bears no responsibility.
6.6 Where 777h has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit has been made using fraudulent means or has been charged back, the deposit amount will be reversed from the Account Balance and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered and verified in the Player's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
7.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is approved. 777h may request any of the following documents: CNIC, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.

7.5 Where a Player has received Bonus Funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the portion of the Balance attributed to bonus play is eligible for withdrawal. Real-money Balance portions deposited directly by the Player and not subject to bonus terms may be withdrawn subject to standard verification requirements.
7.6 777h reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or where regulatory obligations require additional review.
8.1 777h offers various promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, tournament entries, and VIP programme benefits. The specific terms governing each offer are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
8.3 Bonus Funds are subject to maximum bet restrictions during the wagering period. Bets placed with Bonus Funds that exceed published maximum bet limits may be voided, and associated winnings forfeited.
8.4 777h reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an affected promotion will be notified where practically possible.
8.5 Each promotional offer is available once per eligible Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim multiple instances of a single promotion constitute a breach of these Terms.
8.6 777h reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or coordinated multi-Account activity targeting a specific promotion.
8.7 Bonus Funds expire if not wagered within the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account automatically and are not recoverable.
9.1 All casino games available on 777h — including slot games, live dealer table games, crash games, and game show titles — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game as displayed within the game interface.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or connection failure during a casino game, 777h will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state where technically possible. 10.2 Odds displayed on 777h are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to any bet are those in effect at the moment of confirmation, not at the moment the bet was initiated.
10.3 777h reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was accepted, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity.
10.4 In-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during goal confirmations, wicket falls, and other critical match events. Bets submitted during a suspension period will either be accepted at the resumed price or declined, at 777h's discretion.
10.5 Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered from its original format, 777h will apply the rules applicable to the specific sport as set out in the sportsbook rules, which shall govern the settlement of affected bets.
10.6 Cricket betting on 777h — including PSL markets — is subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform, which address rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, reduced-over formats, and abandoned match settlements.
10.7 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day, as published in the sportsbook rules. 777h reserves the right to limit individual bet stakes at any time, including for strategic or risk management reasons, without prior notice.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777h platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
11.2 777h employs automated and manual detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection may result in immediate action without prior warning. 777h's determination of whether conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in section 19.
12.1 777h is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and controlled gaming environment. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all Account holders, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session duration limits, reality check reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
12.2 Players may activate any responsible gaming tool by accessing Account Settings within the platform or by contacting the 777h support team via live chat. Deposit limit reductions and self-exclusion activations take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory seven-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
12.3 Self-exclusion initiated by a Player will result in immediate Account suspension for the elected period. During self-exclusion, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager. 15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777h's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.2 777h shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
15.3 777h does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Force Majeure Events, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary service unavailability. 777h will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16.1 You may close your 777h Account at any time by contacting the support team via in-platform live chat. Upon Account closure at your request, your available real-money Balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
16.2 777h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, where required by regulatory obligations, or where 777h determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games or markets.
